Brett L. Rosenthal
Mr. Rosenthal was born in New Haven, Connecticut on November 3, 1976. He received his degree in Legal Studies, minor in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1998. While at the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Rosenthal was on Dean’s List and graduated cum laude. He attended Vermont Law School, in South Royalton, Vermont, where he received his Juris Doctor and Masters in Environmental Law in 2001.
Mr. Rosenthal worked for the public interest law firm, Meyer & Glitzenstein, in Washington D.C. in 2001. In 2002, Mr. Rosenthal started Rosenthal Legal Services in Juneau, Alaska, where he provided research and writing for multiple general practice firms.
Since joining the the aspx Law Firm in early 2004, Mr. Rosenthal has practiced in the fields of personal injury tort claims, medical malpractice, criminal defense, contracts and class actions. Mr. Rosenthal was admitted to the California Bar in February, 2004 and is a member of the Consumer Attorney’s Association of Los Angeles.
