
Jonathan Birdt
Mr. Birdt was born in Los Angeles, California on January 8, 1971. He is a graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado (B.A. 1993, Psychology).
He attend Law School at Southwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1996) where he served on the Board of Governors for and as an advocate on the school's Trial Advocacy Team, competing and placing in National competitions. He is admitted to the California Bar (1996), Nevada Bar (2003), U.S. District Court, District of Nevada (2003), U.S. District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California (1997) and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (2002).
Prior to joining the McNulty Law Firm, Mr. Birdt's practice focused primarily on the litigation defense of medium and large size companies in all types of litigation. He has served as trial counsel in matters ranging from product liability to sexual harassment and wrongful death. He has furthered worked on cases ranging from Federal MDL litigation and class actions to local representation of individuals involved in judicial and regulatory proceedings.
Mr. Birdt is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorney's Association of Los Angeles and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
